EasyTrade.com provides several ways for Buyers to source or buy the products: |

Find selling trade leads and products by searching and browsing, and then sending Buying Enquiry to Suppliers |

Post buying trade leads (Offer to Buy) to Suppliers and let them bid for your purchase |

Your friends may send you the product referrals from EasyTrade.com |

1. Find selling leads, products, and suppliers by searching |
1. |
Go to Trade Leads --> Latest Trade Leads or Offer to Sell if search selling trade leads |
2. |
Go to Product Catalog if search products |
3. |
Go to Company List if search suppliers |
4. |
Input Keyword, searching Type, Industry Category, Country, and Valid Date |
5. |
Start searching with clicking "Search" button |
6. |
The search results within above criteria will be displayed on the same pages |

2. Find selling leads and products by browsing category |
1. |
Go to Trade Leads --> Latest Trade Leads or Offer to Sell if browse selling trade leads |
2. |
Go to Product Catalog if browse products |
3. |
There is "tree style" menu always displayed on right-hand side of page. Click the node of tree (industry category or sub-category, e.g. Computer Products or Hardware) |

The results from individual industry category or sub-category will be displayed on the same page |

3. Post buying trade lead (Offer to Buy) |

Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) |
2. |
Go to Trade Leads --> Offer to Buy --> Post Trade Lead, or My Account --> My Trade Leads --> Post Offer to Buy |

Fill in the following information into form
- Subject (mandatory)
- Description (mandatory)
- Quantity Required (mandatory)
- Delivery Method
- Destination
- Keywords (mandatory)
- Industry Category (mandatory)
- Valid Within (mandatory)
- Attach Photo |

You must enter the keywords for this buying leads (e.g. computer monitor, screen, display device) |

Then press "Select" button in Category box. The system will search right categories for you based on entered keywords and place them on Category Search Form |

Check the boxes of category. You can select up to 3 categories |

Click "Submit" button on Category Search Form. The system will place selected categories into parent form automatically |

4. Product alert email from EasyTrade.com |

After you post an Offer to Buy, EasyTrade will keep searching its selling trade leads and products database. Then send you the email if they are matched to your buying requirements |
2. |
When you are registering as members, you should choose your interested products from different industry categories. EasyTrade will send you the email once the new product is available in the industry you are interest |

Your friends may send you selling trade lead or product referrals when they are browsing EasyTrade.com |

6. Sending Buying Enquiry to Suppliers |

Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) |
2. |
Select the right selling trade leads or products from browsing, searching, email alert, or friend's referral, add them to the Enquiry Cart with clicking "Add to Enquiry Cart" button |
3. |
Click "Send Buying Enquiry" button, you will see the list of selling trade leads or products that you just select |
4. |
You can deleted some of them by checking the box and then clicking "Delete" button |
5. |
Click "Send Enquiry Now" button. Fill in the required quantity for each selling lead or product. Alternatively, you can leave them blank |
6. |
In Buying Information section, fill in the Subject |
7. |
Select any additional information you need from Suppliers (Detail Specifications, Lead Time & Shipment Details, Safety Standards Met, Product Brochure, Price Terms & Payment, Sample for Evaluation, Packing Details, Others) |

Fill in the destination of products delivery, the expected date of arrival, and payment method |
9. |
You can also tell your colleagues or friends about this Buying Enquiry |

Write the message to Suppliers |
11. |
Click "Submit" button |
12. |
The Buying Enquiry will be sent to Suppliers. You can also review it by clicking the link on sending confirmation page or in Outbox --> Buying Enquiry |

7. Sending Request Message to Suppliers |

If you don't want to send Buying Enquiry to Suppliers, there is alternative way to send a Request For Quote message to a Supplier |

Simply click the company name under the product description |
4. |
You will see the detail information about this company and the message box on the bottom |
5. |
Fill in the subject and write the message. Then click the "Send" button |
6. |
The Message will be sent to Suppliers. You can also review it by clicking the link on sending confirmation page or in Outbox --> Message |
