	Ans: EasyTrade.com provides several ways for Sellers to access Buyers: 1. Find buying leads by searching and browsing, and then sending Selling Offer to Buyers 2. Post selling trade leads to Buyers and let them bid for your offer 3. Email alerts from EasyTrade.com 4. Your friends may send you the buying trade lead referrals from EasyTrade.com 1. Find buying trade leads by searching 1. Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) 2. Go to Trade Leads --> Latest Trade Leads or Offer to Buy 3. Input Keyword, searching Type, Industry Category, Country, and Valid Date 4. Start searching with clicking "Search" button 5. The search results within above criteria will be displayed on separated pages 2. Find selling leads and products by browsing category 1. Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) 2. Go to Trade Leads --> Latest Trade Leads or Offer to Buy 3. There is "tree" style menu always displayed on right-hand side of page. Click the node of tree (industry category or sub- category, e.g. Computer Products or Hardware) 4. The results from individual industry category or sub-category will be displayed on the same page 3. Post Selling trade lead (Offer to Sell) 1. 1. Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) 2. Go to Trade Leads --> Offer to Sell --> Post Offer to Sell, or My Account --> My Trade Leads --> Post Offer to Sell 3. Fill in the following information into form - Headline (mandatory) - Product Origin (mandatory) - Keywords (mandatory) - Industry Categories (mandatory) - Description (mandatory) - Quantity (mandatory) - Minimum Order (mandatory) - Package - Valid Within (mandatory) - Product Photo 4. You must enter the keywords for this buying leads (e.g. computer monitor, screen, display device) 5. Then press "Select" button in Category box. The system will search right categories for you based on entered keywords and place them on Category Search Form 6. Check the boxes of category. You can select up to 3 categories 7. Click "Submit" button on Category Search Form. The system will place selected categories into parent form automatically 8. Submit Offer to Sell form 4. Buying leads email alert from EasyTrade.com 1. After you post an Offer to Sell, EasyTrade will keep searching its buying trade leads database. Then send you the email if they are matched to your selling requirements 2. When you are registering as members, you should choose your interested products from different industry categories. EasyTrade will send you the email once the new buying lead is available in this industry 5. Buying leads' referral initialed by your friends from EasyTrade.com 1. Your friends may send you buying trade lead referrals when they are browsing EasyTrade.com 6. Sending Selling Offer to Buyers 1. 1. Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) 2. Choose a target buying trade lead from browsing, searching, email alert, or friend's referral. Click "Send Quotation" button, you will see the list of products from your company, these have been uploaded into EasyTrade.com and approved 3. Check the boxes of product and fill in minimum quantity, unit price, and lead time if you want to quote those items for the Buyer. Alternatively, you can leave them blank 4. In Buying Information section, fill in the Headline 5. Fill in the location of Shipping From, Price Terms, Payment Method, Offer Expiry Date, and Message 6. You can also tell your colleagues or friends about this Selling Offer 7. Write the message to Buyer 8. Click "Submit" button 9. The Buying Enquiry will be sent to Suppliers. You can also review it by clicking the link on sending confirmation page or in Outbox --> Selling Offer 7. Sending Quotation Message to Buyers 1. 1. Member Login (Register first if you are not member of EasyTrade, it is free) 2. If you don't want to send Selling Offer to Suppliers, there is alternative way to send a Quotation message to a Buyer 3. Simply click the company name under the product description 4. You will see the detail information about this company and the message box on the bottom 5. Fill in the subject and write the message. Then click the "Send" button 6. The Message will be sent to Suppliers. You can also review it by clicking the link on sending confirmation page or in Outbox ' Message
